The Flashstarts culture is young, blunt, collaborative, accidentally-diverse, high-energy, shoot-for-the-moon, and Cleveland. We dream big, work hard, fail fast (if necessary), and solve real problems.
It’s probably true that our culture (and that last paragraph) can only be understood when you spend time in our office. However, we feel it’s important to explain the things we believe in. These are the things that make us stand out and support our potential.
For this final installment of our FAQ series, we are attempting to define Flashstarts in a more intangible way, by answering questions that convey the culture of our accelerator.
